Frozen Chocolate Yogurt Berry Bites

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup fresh raspberries

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips

1 cup raspberries

3/4 cup greek yogurt



Instructions:

Step 1: Place berries, walnuts, and yogurt in a bowl and gently mix.

Step 2: Using a spoon, scoop the berry mixture into small clumps on a parchment lined pan. Place pan in the freezer for at least 20 minutes or until frozen.

Step 3: In a microwave safe bowl, slowly melt the chocolate in the microwave. Make sure to stir about every 10 seconds so it does not burn.

Step 4: One at a time place the yogurt berry bites into the chocolate, coat on both sides and place back onto pan.

Step 5: Place pan back into freezer for around 20-30 minutes or until frozen.

Step 6: Store in your fridge for a week or keep a stash in your freezer for longer! Enjoy!
